Misty Davies

Dr. Misty Davies is a researcher, project manager, parent, and active volunteer who lives and works in Silicon Valley. She shares her life with Scott Davies, two children, and an overly athletic cat.

Misty's early childhood was spent moving frequently from place to place, but she was born in Oklahoma and graduated from high school there. After a handful of career attempts and a few unsuccessful trial runs at earning a college degree, she earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University.

After that, Misty was fortunate to win fellowships that allowed her to attend Stanford University, where she earned an M.S. in Aerospace & Astrospace Engineering and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. If you are looking for Misty's scholarly work you can find it here.
